Our program offers two ways to play. Equipment is encouraged but not required—every child can play regardless of gear.
Sticks & Skills Group
Non-contact • Girls rulesFocus on stick skills, passing, catching, and game sense.
What you need:
- Lacrosse stick (girls or boys stick accepted)
- Mouth guard
- Protective eyewear (required) — must meet ASTM F3077 standard and be SEI certified
- Athletic shoes or cleats
Full Gear Group
Contact • Boys rules • No body checkingPlayers who wear full protective gear play under boys rules with stick checking only. No body checking.
What you need:
- Lacrosse stick
- Helmet with face mask
- Gloves
- Shoulder pads
- Arm pads
- Mouth guard
- Athletic shoes or cleats
Players may move to the Full Gear Group at any time once they have proper protective gear.
